Hello! I'm India Cummings, a postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist. And a CAPPA trained labor doula with a passion for guiding families through the extraordinary journey of bringing new life into the world. As a devoted matriarch, mother of two, and dog lover, I deeply understand the profound transition that accompanies welcoming a new family member.
My own challenging pregnancy experiences were transformative and pivotal in discovering my true calling: supporting and empowering other families during this monumental time. These personal journeys have given me invaluable insight and empathy, fueling my commitment to ensuring every birthing person receives the care and encouragement they deserve.
I firmly believe that each family, regardless of their unique path, deserves a compassionate and knowledgeable doula by their side. It is my honor to help navigate this deeply emotional, physical, and spiritual transition, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for you and your loved ones.

Hello! I'm Jasmine Middleton, a CAPPA trained birth doula, postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and a peer breastfeeding counselor.
I found a love for breastfeeding after having my son in 2018 and having the best lactation consultant. I have expanded and embraced purpose as a birth worker to become a doula. My oldest, Liam, was born via emergency C-section and youngest, Ausar, was a VBAC, as a home birth. I have breastfed both of them a total of 6 years. I have extended my knowledge by researching and learning from other mothers who breastfed their little ones in a Facebook Group, then later gained the opportunity to become a moderator in the same group.
I strive to assist mothers and their families by recommending evidence-based research and a holistic approach during prenatal, natal and postpartum. A mother and partner should be able to make their informed choice on what they decide is best for their baby.
I am here to help guide and support whatever decision is made. I look forward to supporting you and your families!

I am a wife, mother of 3 daughters, I have a Masters of Science Administration, and I am a Program Manager in Healthcare Equity. I have over 10 plus years of experience with quality of care and reducing health care disparities within Black and Brown communities pertaining to maternal health.
Being a woman of African and Indigenous descent with 10 plus years in healthcare quality and equity, I have seen the barriers firsthand that minority birthing people experience. I have sat at the table with healthcare organizations, providers, and community members on the steadily increasing black infant mortality rates and the fact that birthing individuals of color are going into the birthing journey one way and coming out another or not at all. Evidence shows that doulas positive impact and emotional support during childbirth helps decrease mortality rates and presents positive results on the health and well-being of the birthing person and child. I am passionate about maternal health and helping families achieve their birthing goals as best as possible!
Hi, my name is Mongai!!! I am Cameroonian-American and was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I come from a family of midwives. I have always had the passion to work with pregnant women and their families.
Growing up, I did a lot of research on the different issues involving maternal health, especially with women of color. Discovering that women of color have high mortality rates and other conditions is what motivated me to find a way to make a change. Becoming a doula has been the best decision I’ve made, and I look forward to making a change in the negative statistics that women of color have.
Birth is such a beautiful experience, and I look forward to supporting women throughout their pregnancy journey as well as their postpartum journey. I want all moms to be able to have a wonderful and memorable experience as they bring their bundle of joy into the world.
